Sunny day and clear skies this Sunday.  The hibiscuses are blooming, the wasps are busy with their nest tending and the crows are cawing away as usual.

| An Oriental garden lizard eyed me. |

| Then clambered up the tree with ease.  Those dorsal spines and the long tail, so prominent.

| The Pongamia tree is moving to seed.  The flowers have lost their brilliant soft pinks.

| Pongamia seeds on the tree.  A beautiful native tree, hardy, resilient and well suited to our heat and sun.

 | | | On the milkweed, a painted grasshopper sat, enjoying the sunny day.

| And up above in the sky - a huge flock of pelicans rode the thermals.  Do you see them?  The wires like longitude lines in the sky. |
It is quite amazing how much can be seen amidst the concrete, tar, steel and glass.

Seek and ye shall find.
